Our approach places great emphasis on how emotional issues are determined by thoughts, beliefs and behaviours, which provides a foundation to the way that we work with clients.

With our commitment to pursue this philosophy, we incorporate cognitive behavioural techniques in our work and intend to continue our on-going development in this area.
